PAYMENT

Let’s be real - we are not millionaries, yet! So we kindly ask our guests to cover their own accomodation at the hotel. Think of it as helping us throw the best party ever, where everyone is in one place, without breaking the bank 😎

PRICES

The hotel gave us a very generous offer with one price for all rooms, breakfast included.

  • 1 night: 350 gel (115 eur* per room)

  • Extra bed: 60 gel (20 eur*)

Rooms overview and payment

Here’s a sneak peek at the rooms and what they’re equipped with. Every room has a balcony overlooking the hills and vineyards. Most of the rooms are shared between two people (separate beds, double bed), but some can accommodate one or two extra beds. While most of the rooms are standard, there are a few options with more space and comfort.

CHILDREN

For children under 3 y.o. the hotel can provide a crib, they have a total of 5 available. Children under 5 y.o. can stay for free if they share a bed with their parents, otherwise an extra bed can be provided.

BOOKING

Since we have many guests invited, we want to make sure we can accomodate everyone at the hotel based on their needs and group size. That’s why we’ll be organizing the room distribution ourselves, once we know exactly how many people are attending. Don’t worry, we’ll be sure to discuss the room arrangements with each of you personally!

❗️ HOW TO PAY ❗️

You will pay directly to us as soon as you are sure of your attendance. We will provide information with bank details both in Europe and Russia a bit later. We kindly ask you to make a decision and transfer before end of March, if possible.

*If you won't be able to come, we will be very sad, but we will refund you the entire cost. For that we kindly ask you to notify us about any cancellations or changes in the number of people by the end of July, as this is when we need to finalize all the details.
